Relevant Experience
Dr Colm Foster is Director of Executive Education with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) since 2015. He previously worked extensively with the IMI as Programme Director on a range of executive development programmes including the Diploma in Strategy and Innovation, and as a Business / Advisor Coach on Enterprise Ireland programmes such as L4G and I4G.

Prior to joining IMI, Colm had over 20 years’ experience with EY in Ireland and Australia and Diageo plc, including being a member of the Baileys Global Brand Executive and Finance & Strategy Director for Baileys Supply.  He then spent 10 years working as a leadership and strategy consultant, in Ireland and the US, specialising in Emotional Intelligence while lecturing in a number of business schools in Ireland and Singapore.

Colm is Co-Author of Step Up; Lead in Six Moments that Matter (an Amazon top 10 business book for 2014) and is on the Global Expert Panel revising the MSCEIT, the most respected ability test of Emotional Intelligence.
