Mental Health and Wellbeing Week, UCC Supports

We know from experience that this is a very busy part of term, with coursework, groupwork and individual assignments due as well as exams approaching students are certainly busy – your Student Handbook has lots of information to help.

While we aim to provide you with the skills to deal with stress, multi-task and prioritise, the Student Support Tree outlines various supports and contacts points that you made need in the event that you feel overwhelmed, anxious or in need of individual support - the sooner you inform us of any issues the more effectively we can address them.

Life can throw us curveballs and unexpected events, we understand this so please do feel free to contact your Programme Administrator if unsure about the any aspect of your programme, or to find out about the best way to move forward perhaps by requesting an Extension or applying for Mitigation- our Mitigation process exists to support you if you encounter unexpected circumstances that impact on your ability to prepare for, or to sit, an examination

Perhaps you are concerned about a classmate or friend would like to develop your skillset and personal resources in this area or engage with UCC Counselling and Development Services [email protected].

However, should you feel you need more urgent support:
