The final seminar of the seminar series features Ms Siobhán Cafferty, Social Enterprise Project Manager, Probation Service/Irish Prison Service who will discuss recent policy developments in support of Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) in a justice context.

Speaker biograpHY
Siobhán Cafferty is the Social Enterprise Project Manager working with the Irish Prison Service and Probation Service. She developed the social enterprise strategy for the Department of Justice & Equality, ‘A new way forward – social enterprise strategy 2017 – 2019’.
She is committed to improving the infrastructure to support social enterprises within the criminal justice sector in Ireland as a mechanism to increase employment options for people with criminal convictions as well as assisting with the reintegration back into society following custodial sentences.
