I am delighted to bring to you the first issue of the new CUBS Research Spotlight newsletter series.This Newsletter will showcase the variety of high-quality and impactful research that is happening throughout Cork University Business School within and across all disciplines.
This will be one medium that will shine a light on our research achievements that reflect our commitment to advancing knowledge and addressing real-world challenges. We are aligned with UCC Futures and ambitious to be an inclusive, creative and interdisciplinary research environment where excellence is at the heart of addressing the global challenges affecting workers, organisations and society.
I would like to thank Professor Mary McCarthy, Vice Dean for Research and Innovation at CUBS, Dr Sean Lucey, College of Business and Law Research Manager, and Mr. Thomas McCarthy, Marketing and Communications Manager at CUBS for all their efforts in leading out on the further enhancement of our research culture and ecosystem, and in formulating this newsletter.
