BIS Winners in the Inaugural Fexco Payments Innovation Challenge 2017

The BIS Prize winners in the 2 Submission Categories (1) Prototype and (2) Theory are as follows

Prototype Category Winners are BIS 4th Year Students Shane Buckley, Laura Geaney, Luke O'Sullivan, Eleanor Stritch with their "BrickWall" Solution: Prize €2,000


Prototype Category 2nd Place  "Bizaar" Solution Winner is BIS 3rd Year Student Jake McCarthy: Prize €1,000

Theoretical Category: 2nd Place  is BIS 2nd Year Student Seamus Nolan with his "ONYX" Solution: Prize €300


Theoretical Category: 3rd Place  is  BIS 2nd Year Student Conor Kelly with his "Spot Me" Solution: Prize €200
 

Delighted to see such a response from our BIS students to this challenge and their performance illustrates both their creative ability and interest in creating the next generation of Fintech solutions.

Details of next year’s challenge will be released in late April.
