Professor Mary McCarthy, Dr Claire O’Neill and Dr Shadi Hashem at Cork University Business School, University College Cork are involved in an EU project, PLATEFORMS which aims to produce in-depth knowledge on how food practices in the home are affected by new innovations in food provisioning platforms.
This project is funded by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in collaboration with the Environmental Research Institute (ERI) in UCC and research partners in four other European countries as part of a €1.2m EU project to investigate how food supply and food consumption are contributing to sustainability.
