Biography

Dr Steve O'Callaghan is a lecturer in Finance, in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Cork University Business School. He was awarded his PhD in Corporate Finance from Bangor University, Wales in 2015. His research interests include corporate governance and ownership structure, with a specific focus on unlisted firms. He teaches Corporate Finance at undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA level.
