Biography

Clíodhna MacKenzie Ph.D. is a lecturer in the School of Management & Marketing at University College Cork, prior to that she lectured at the University of Limerick. She holds a degree in Business and Ph.D. from the University of Limerick. She has previously worked for both US Multinational’s and global IT consulting firms. Clíodhna has international experience in the IT and Telecoms fields and has worked in the US, Singapore, & Thailand as well as many parts of Europe. Her academic research focuses on the bright and dark side organizational behaviour, risk-taking behaviour, corporate governance, ethics, corporate social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, human resource management, and leadership & organization development.
