Interest rate restrictions are needed to protect vulnerable borrowers, CUBS experts warn Oireachtas

Dr Olive McCarthy and Dr Noreen Byrne of CUBS told TDs and Senators that interest rate restrictions would be required to prevent moneylenders from hitting at-risk borrowers with exorbitant costs.
