The Global Competitiveness Institute (GCI) is an interdisciplinary forum for research and engagement on geopolitical risk management and the design and delivery of effective and responsible international strategy.
We explore how companies pursue strategic goals and and create global competitive advantage through external stakeholder engagement and influence. In so doing, we contribute to dialogue and debate about the strategic challenges and opportunities for international business and global society.
Working with academic, business, and governmental partners, we address three primary objectives:
Identifying, exploring and advancing insightful research in international business and market and nonmarket competitiveness
Creating tools, techniques, and pedagogy for the development of innovative and engaged international management and leadership
Assisting companies and governments in long-term strategic development and global growth initiatives
