Biography

Oliver Moore teaches on the MSc in MSc in Sustainable Development, Agri-Food and Co-operatives. He delivers FE5615 on the Sharing Economy E6712 Leadership and Change Management on the MSc in Co-operative and Social Enterprise (Online) as well as teaches on FE6305 on Contemporary Socio-Economic and Environmental Issues.  His current research focuses on agri-food, rural and land use analysis, and relates these to community resilience and the solidarity economy. Oliver is on the Steering Committee Irish Environmental Pillar (2023-present), Editor-in-chief on ARC2020 (2015-2024) and a member of the Irish Food Writers Guild.
