Ms Lorraine Dillon

Biography

Lorraine Dillon is a PhD Scholar in the Department of Management and Marketing, Cork University Business School (CUBS), UCC.

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Business first class honours degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology Lorraine then worked for three years in a multinational Financial Services company, where she got promoted after one year. She then completed her MSc in International Management in Trinity College Dublin where she was awarded the Trinity Business Masters Programme Scholars Fund.

During her MSc she completed an international residency in Fudan University, Shanghai. Her MSc thesis was completed within the area of Employee Wellbeing. After she graduated from Trinity she worked as a Research Assistant within Trinity College Business School alongside senior HRM and Organisational Behaviour academics. From working as a Research Assistant Lorraine’s passion grew to complete her own research within the area of Workplace Resilience. In October 2018 Lorraine began her PhD journey.
