Valuation and Accounting Workshop

A dedicated Workshop (June 10, 2026) will serve as a developmental forum for authors.

Call for Scholars - Accounting and Accountability for Value and Worth

We are delighted to announce that the forthcoming Accounting and Accountability for Value and Worth  Workshop, in conjunction with the Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal Special Issue, will be hosted at University College Cork, Ireland.

This initiative invites scholars from accounting, organisation studies, sociology and beyond to critically explore how accounting participates in defining, constructing, and contesting value and worth across organisational, professional, and societal domains. We seek contributions that interrogate the social, political, and moral dimensions of accounting valuation - particularly in times of uncertainty, transformation, and reform.
