Student prizes will be awarded for the Best MA (Economics) Orientation Project
During the first 2 weeks of the MA, the students participate in an imaginary 'trial project' for the Irish Vintners Federation who, we might expect are concerned about the falling sales in Irish public houses. In teams the students have been commissioned to investigate the causes and to advise them on the measures that can be taken to addess the decline in the next number of years. There is a prize per student for the best team presentation. This prize is kindly sponsored by our External Programme Advisor, Ms Mary Byrne (CEO of Statistical Solutions)
