Information Session on the MSc Business Information and Analytics Systems and the MSc Cyber Risk for Business
Cork University Business School is delighted to host a series of webinars, focusing on CUBS postgraduate programmes and their relevance, over the coming weeks.
The next webinar will take place on Thurs April 29 at 12pm and will focus on the relevance of specialist, technical training in today’s current employment market. Past students will speak to topics such as big data, business analytics and data security and their application in business and what it was like to upskill by earning a technical, specialist Masters degree.
The event will be hosted Dr Simon Woodworth, Programme Director of the MSc Cyber Risk for Business; Dr Mary Daly and Dr Stephen McCarthy, Co-directors of the MSc Business Information and Analytics Systems; and Trish O’Shaughnessy, CUBS Postgraduate Programme Manager. The topics under discussion will include:
- Key aspects of the technical specialist masters projects
- Student projects in big data, business analytics and data security
- Individuality that we look for in student applications
We will also highlight the differences between the MSc Business Information and Analytics Systems and the MSc Cyber Risk for Business programmes and answer any application queries or questions you may have about career opportunities. All are welcome to attend.
