Keynote speakers for the event will include Professor Carol T. Kulik and Vice Admiral Mark Mellet, Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces.

VICE ADMIRAL MARK MELLETT (DSM) - Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces. Founding member of Irish Maritime & Energy Resource Cluster. PhD in Political Science (NUI, Galway) & MComm in Government & Public Policy (UCC). Past member of the European Security Research Innovation Forum & published on innovation, security, governance and maritime affairs.
