UCC will host its first second-level Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation Summer Camp. The summer school is open to all senior cycle students from Transition Year and beyond.
Cork University Business School, College of Business & Law & Blackstone LaunchPad at UCC have received funding under the Government’s Action Plan for Jobs to deliver a one-week programme that will provide 30 students with new knowledge, develop their soft skills & expose them to business frameworks & entrepreneurial thinking.

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain valuable new experiences and to explore new commercial propositions in a friendly, supportive and enjoyable environment. The participants do not have to be currently studying business related disciplines.

To participate in the summer camp, students should email Anne Wallace and include the following information:
- an outline of why you want to participate in this summer camp
- your contact details
- year of study and the school you attend.
The closing date is Friday 9th June. This summer camp is free and places are limited so early booking is essential. A panel will adjudicate all applications and allocate places on the basis of why the student wishes to participate. The judges’ decision is final. All applicants will be notified as to whether or not they have received a place. Canvassing will disqualify.
