PhD Workshop

Prior to the conference - from the afternoon of Monday the 21^st of August to Wednesday the 23^rd of August - a workshop for PhD students will be led by Dr Alex Farnell in collaboration with the UCC team (Dr John Eakins, Dr David Butler and Dr Robert Butler) and Dr Katrin Scharfenkamp.

The workshop will see a focus on applied econometrics (based on PhD stage) and wider discussions on research idea development and handling submission outcomes. In addition, a special ‘meet the editors’ session will be held and students will get an opportunity to engage with an industry expert.
