Clíodhna MacKenzie is a Lecturer in Management in the Department of Management and Marketing, Cork University Business School, University College Cork. Prior to joining UCC she lectured in Leadership & Strategy at the University of Limerick. She has previously worked for both US Multinational’s and global IT consulting firms. Clíodhna has significant international experience working in IT and has worked in the US, APAC as well as many parts of Europe. Her academic research focuses on organizational identity and its impact on organizational outcomes. Her research interests include talent management, organizational development, strategy, corporate governance, ethics, CSR, human resource management, leadership & organization development as well as dark side organizational conduct & risk. She is also a member of University Forum for Human Resource Development (UFHRD) & Irish Academy of Management.
