Maxine leads the sales and marketing team at Ballymaloe Foods, her family business.

Following training as a chef she graduated in Commerce & Italian UCC in 2008, and has since completed a diploma in Food Manufacturing Management UCC 2012 and International Selling DIT in 2017.
