Philip Gilivan is proprietor of the Shelburne Bar in Cork. Irish whiskey bar of the year in 2018. Philip is also president of the Cork Business Association .Self employed for the past twenty five years Philip is an advocate for businesses working together in a positive way to bring business to their community.

Philip is  also very involved in the area of Cork known as the Victorian Quarter which is a vibrant part of the night time economy in Cork.

Through his association with the Cork Business Association Philip is working with transition year students on a business module called ‘City centre retail – engaging with our youth.
