John is a Director in Audit and Assurance in Deloitte’s Cork office. He works with clients across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, business process outsourcing, retail and manufacturing. He provides services to both indigenous and international clients.

John holds a Higher Diploma in Applied Science and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from UCC.

John retired from professional rugby in 2007, following a 10-year career, having played for Munster and Ireland. In a voluntary capacity, he is currently chairman of Munster Rugby’s Professional Game Board, which has oversight of the operations of the provinces professional squad.

He has a daughter and two sons, aged 10, 12 and 7 respectively.
