Deirdre is a Human Resources Professional with experience working in the technology, financial services and packaging sectors. 

Deirdre joined Smurfit Kappa Group in 2015 as Group Head of Talent and Leadership Development.  She is esponsible for driving and developing talent management and leadership development programmes to support current and future business strategies.

Prior to this she worked for Microsoft, Oracle and PWC in various HR roles from, HR business partner, management and leadership development, talent acquisition and organisational design and development.

Deirdre holds a Professional Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD, BA in History and Italian from UCC, Diploma in Business Studies from Smurfit School of Business, UCD and a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the IPMI.
