Barry O’Sullivan is CEO of Altocloud, an AI company focused on digital customer engagement.  Altocloud is a SaaS platform that uses customer journey analytics and machine learning to improve business outcomes by making customer communications better.  

Prior to Altocloud, Barry was senior vice president at Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley and general manager of several multibillion-dollar divisions including Unified Communications and Voice over IP, which he led to number-one market share position. He also led WebEx, and Cisco’s Telepresence business.

Barry serves on the board of SFI, the National Science Foundation of Ireland. He is in his fourth season as a “Dragon” investor on Ireland’s Dragons’ Den TV Series.

Barry holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University College Cork and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Limerick, as well as a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University, California
