The Boutique Bake range of gourmet baking mixes were created by Catherine Buggy from her love and passion for home baking. Catherine's background is in Human Resources where she worked for 3 years before beginning her Boutique Bake journey in June 2013.

It all started in a small cottage in Donnybrook, Dublin, Ireland in the summer of 2013. Catherine felt that there were no baking mixes on the market that truly tasted homemade and captured the fun that home baking is all about! So she decided to create her own range, and Boutique Bake was born! All of the Boutique Bake mixes were created using only the finest quality ingredients, and this remains at the core of all Boutique Bake products today. The products first launched into a small amount of local gourmet stores in 2014 and then grew to be stocked in SuperValu, Dunnes Stores and Tesco nationwide. The business has grown to now be stocked in almost 350 stores around Ireland!
