Eoin is passionate about scaling startups through building strong community clusters to support them. He has worked on all sides of the business of startups, launching them as CEO (Novara Technology, Omniserve, Costello Jewellers), growing them successfully to exit, studying them (University of Ulster Masters Dissertation), investing in them (fund manager at Legal & General Investments UK) and supporting them through his role at Ireland's largest startup programme at DIT Hothouse Incubation Centre and cofounder of Startup Ireland.
